Why I am Passionate about What I do

I’ve always been curious about where I come from - our traditions, our food, and how our culture shapes the way we live and look after ourselves. Growing up in the West as a Danish-Pakistani, I often saw my parents and others in our community juggling the best of both worlds - trying to hold on to our heritage while keeping up with the demands of modern life.

Early in my career as a pharmacist, I started researching how Pakistani migrants used traditional remedies alongside modern medicine to manage their health. That research opened my eyes to something deeper - how our beliefs, habits, and cultural identities influence the way we think about health.

That curiosity soon became my purpose. Today, my work is about creating a space where people, especially those balancing multiple cultures feel understood, supported, and empowered to take control of their health without losing touch with who they are.

Holistic Lifestyle Clinic was built from that vision - to bring people together, start open conversations, and bridge the gap between culture and science in a way that feels personal and sustainable.

We all start our health journey from different places—and that’s exactly how it should be. I believe everyone can do something to improve their health, no matter how big or small the step. Progress isn’t one-size-fits-all, and every effort counts.

We understand that everyone’s health journey is unique — shaped by individual needs, goals, and lived experiences. That’s why we tailor every session, whether it’s a workshop, webinar, 1:1 coaching or training resource, to suit the audience.

To make my message as accessible and relatable as possible, we deliver content in English, Danish, Urdu, and Pothwari — ensuring it resonates across cultures and communities.

Implementation

We use evidence-based tools and behaviour change models to turn theory into real-life action. Too often, people are given unrealistic health goals by professionals trying to squeeze diet and lifestyle advice into a 10-minute consultation.

Our coaching support focuses on what’s practical and sustainable. Every individual leaves with a clear understanding of what they’ve learned - and, most importantly, what they can realistically implement in their own life.
